CAFEO 44 CONFERENCE OVERVIEW

The CAFEO 44 Conference will be held in Bandung, Indonesia, bringing together engineering leaders, industry experts, policymakers, and professionals from across ASEAN to discuss and shape the future of regional development.

Under the theme “Future of ASEAN: Shared Prosperity and Humanity through Inclusive and Sustainable Industrialisation,” the conference provides a strategic platform for knowledge exchange, innovation, and collaboration through keynote addresses, panel discussions, technical sessions, and an accompanying exhibition, highlighting engineering and industrial solutions that support inclusive growth, sustainability, and shared prosperity across the ASEAN region.

Online Registration

Participants are required to complete the online registration for conference sessions and related activities through registration.cafeo44.com no later than 22 August 2026. Please note that each registration is valid for one (1) person only. Detailed instructions for the registration procedure are provided below.

STEP 1

Go to registration.cafeo44.com and click “Register”.

STEP 2

Select the ticket category according to your preference and click “Next”.

STEP 3

  • - Fill out the registration form including personal data, flight and accommodation details, activity, and food dietary.
  • - Click “Submit” once all fields are completed.

STEP 4

Review your order details and ensure that all information and the total amount are correct. Once confirmed, click “Pay”.

STEP 5

  • - Select your preferred payment method and proceed with the payment.
  • - Registered email will receive an invoice, payment instructions, and time remaining to complete the payment of the order details.

STEP 6

  • - After the payment has been successfully completed, a confirmation email along with payment receipt will be sent to your registered email address within 1 × 24 hours.
  • - You are now successfully registered for the event.

Method Of Payment

The registration system for CAFEO 44 supports multiple electronic payment methods to ensure a secure and convenient transaction process for participants. Payments are processed through an integrated payment gateway, allowing participants to select their preferred payment option during the registration process.

Available payment methods are subject to availability based on the participant’s selected payment channel. Detailed instructions for each payment method will be displayed on the payment page after the order is confirmed. Participants are advised to complete the payment within the specified time limit to avoid automatic cancellation of the registration.

Cancellation Conditions

All cancellations of registration must be made in writing to the CAFEO 44 Secretariat. Refunds for cancellations of registration will be made after the Conference and subject to the following deadlines and charges.

  • By 20 September 2026 : Full refund less administrative charge of 25% from the registration fee
  • After 20 September 2026 : No refund

Onsite Registration

Onsite registration will be available for participants who have completed online registration. Participants are required to present their registration confirmation or registration ID at the registration counter to receive their conference badge, conference kit, and any additional information required during the conference.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION

  1. The primary author must be listed first.
  2. Abstracts should be in English, not exceeding 200 words; any exceeding this limit will not be considered.
  3. Abstract titles should be no more than 20 words.
  4. Please refer to the important dates outlined above. The deadline for abstract submission is 30 April 2024. Final acceptance notifications will be sent out by 15 May, 2024.
  5. Abstracts must align with specific themes (Click here).
  6. Prior to submission, ensure all necessary approvals are obtained, and your availability as a potential speaker is confirmed.
  7. Authors are not required to submit full technical papers.

REVIEW CRITERIA FOR ABSTRACTS

Evaluation Of Submitted paperswill be based on the following criteria:

  • Relevance to CAFE042 themes.
  • Clear problem statement and supported by results or case studies.
  • Introduction of innovative ideas and approaches.
  • Future-ready solutions ready for implementation.
  • Absence of bias or commercialism, focusing on quality content.
  • Coherence, structure, and ease of understanding.
  • In essence, abstracts presenting original problem definitions, practical solutions supported by research, and free from commercial bias will receive higher ratings.
