1. General Provisions

• Organizer: This website and the associated event are managed by the CAFEO 44 Organizing Committee.
• Platform Usage: This platform is intended for delegate registration, payment processing, and the dissemination of official event information.
• Compliance: Users must provide accurate, complete, and valid information during registration, including identity documents and professional credentials as required.

2. Registration and Ticketing

• Registration is only considered valid and confirmed once full payment has been verified by our system and the user receives an official confirmation email or e-ticket.
• Registrations, tickets, or delegate badges are strictly non-transferable to another individual without prior written consent from the organizing committee at least one month prior to the event date.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All ticket prices, registration fees, and package rates listed on the website are final at the time of transaction.
• Payments must be made through the designated payment methods provided on the platform (e.g., payment gateway, bank transfer, or credit card).
• Failure to complete payment within the specified time limit will result in the automatic cancellation of your registration.

4. Event Changes and Force Majeure

• The Organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, venue, speakers, or program structure at any time if deemed necessary (e.g., due to extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations).
• In the event of a Force Majeure, the Organizer shall not be held liable for any additional losses or expenses incurred by the delegates, such as non-refundable flights or hotel accommodations.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data submitted during registration will be used strictly for event administration, badge printing, and official event communications. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell your data to third parties.

1. General Refund Conditions

• All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@cafeo44.com.
• Full (100%) refunds are not available. Any approved refund request will be subject to deductions for administrative fees and/or transaction fees imposed by the bank or payment gateway.

2. Cancellation Deadlines

Refunds for cancellations of registration will be made after the Conference and subject to the following deadlines and charges:

• If a refund inquiry is submitted by 30 September 2026, you will receive a 25% refund,
• After 30 September 2026: No refund.

3. Event Cancellation by Organizer

In the unlikely event that the entire conference is canceled by the Organizer (excluding cases of Force Majeure), refunds will be issued to registered delegates. However, bank transaction fees may still be non-refundable and will be borne by the delegate.

4. Refund Processing

• Please allow 15-20 business days for our finance team to review and process your refund request.
• Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or bank account used during the initial transaction. The exact time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank or credit card provider's policies.
